To view & download your subscription invoices and receipts, simply visit PinkMail Customer Portal directly, or go to the Pinkmail.io homepage and click the "Manage Subscription" button in the top right corner. This portal is powered by Stripe for secure management.
Enter your correct billing email address on the portal page. Stripe will send a magic login URL to that email for secure access. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the magic link from Stripe. Click it to log in to the billing portal dashboard.
After logging in, you will see all paid and unpaid invoices & receipts (all history).
From there you can view or download the invoices and receipts anytime.
NOTE: You must use the exact email associated with your billing; otherwise, no login link will be sent.
