Access the Billing Portal: Visit PinkMail Customer Portal directly, or go to the Pinkmail.io homepage and click the "Manage Subscription" button in the top right corner. This portal is powered by Stripe for secure management.
Log In with Your Billing Email: Enter your correct billing email address on the portal page. Stripe will send a magic login URL to that email for secure access. Important: You must use the exact email associated with your billing; otherwise, no login link will be sent.
Access Your Account: Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the magic link from Stripe. Click it to log in to the billing portal dashboard.
Manage and Cancel Subscription: Once logged in, navigate to your active subscription details. Select the option to cancel and follow the prompts to confirm. The process is quick and straightforward.
Confirmation: You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and email notifications from Pinkmail.io and Stripe, including your access end date.

One-Time Purchases: These don't recur, so no cancellation is needed.
